What can you expect from ADHD Coaching?

ADHD Coaching, like all coaching, is a client-driven process. You will find that coaching has a very conversational feel. In the beginning of the coaching process I will learn about your goals and the challenges that are getting in your way of reaching them. Together we will develop strategies, which will be designed to meet your specific needs.

How long does coaching last?

While the length of coaching varies greatly from person to person, coaches know from experience that to see real progress, establish lasting routines or to achieve goals, it requires a minimum of a 3-month commitment. For true long-term changes a 6 or 12-month commitment is often needed.

How do I get started?

ADHD Coaching begins with a free 20-30-minute call. I will answer your questions, learn a bit about where ADHD is presenting challenges in your life, and learn what you want to achieve through coaching. This free call gives both of us the opportunity to see if we are a good fit to work together. You are under no obligation to hire me following this free session.

Do you coach in person or over the phone?

All of my clients are coached over video conference or phone.  It is extremely convenient for the client because there is no commute and you can be coached in your Sunday best or in your PJs – whatever helps you feel most comfortable and ready for coaching! Phone coaching also lessons distractions that can be found in an unfamiliar environment, so you can focus on the work at hand. You can chose the location where you have the privacy you want and are most relaxed. You will call via FaceTime, Skype or phone at the appointed time- making sure you are in a place that you are able to focus and be fully present for the coaching session. I will provide a form for you to complete before each session to help you get focused on what it is you want to work on that day.

How much will it cost?

I offer several options at different price points from one to one coaching to group sessions for adults and parents. One to one coaching sessions for adults and students typically last 50 minutes, and take place weekly, typically 3 or 4 sessions per month. We will discuss options during your free call.
